Ngày 16/9, bác sĩ Thân Trọng Thạch (Giảng viên Đại học Y Dược – TP.HCM, hiện đang công tác tại Bệnh viện Hùng Vương) là khách mời chính trong buổi Workshop đầu tiên do Eva.vn tổ chức dành riêng cho Mẹ bầu và Bé với chủ đề Dinh dưỡng cho bà bầu + Thực hành cách chăm sóc mẹ và bé.

Trong chương trình, bác sĩ Thạch đã tận tình giải thích những vấn đề dinh dưỡng được nhiều mẹ bầu quan tâm nhất.

Trước tiên, một trong những vấn đề mẹ bầu nào cũng gặp phải chính là ốm nghén trong 3 tháng đầu. Nhiều người lo lắng khi bị ốm nghén, không thể ăn uống gì thì con sẽ bị ảnh hưởng, không đủ chất dinh dưỡng để phát triển.

Bác sĩ Thạch có mặt tại buổi Workshop Mẹ bầu và Bé do Eva.vn tổ chức để tư vấn, giải đáp thắc mắc cho các mẹ về vấn đề dinh dưỡng trong thai kỳ.

Bác sĩ Thạch cho biết trên 90% thai phụ bị ốm nghén và mỗi người có một mức độ khác nhau. Có người nghén không ăn uống được gì những cũng có người nghén lại ăn nhiều, ngủ nhiều. Ốm nghén là do nội tiết tố của thai kỳ gây ra nên thường ít phải can thiệp y tế, Trong trường hợp thai phụ nghén không chịu đựng nổi thì có thể uống thuốc hỗ trợ nhưng cũng có phần ảnh hưởng đến thai.

Lời khuyên bác sĩ Thạch dành cho những mẹ bầu là nên có chế độ ăn hợp lý, ăn vừa phải, không ăn nhiều quá và cũng không được để bụng đói. Nếu nghén quá không ăn được thì mẹ bầu cũng không cần ép bản thân vì thai nhi lấy dinh dưỡng chủ yếu qua máu của mẹ nên nếu mẹ không ăn một vài bữa cũng không sao.

Theo bác sĩ Thạch, người mẹ cần tăng bao nhiêu cân trong thai kỳ còn tùy vào chỉ số BMI trước khi mang thai. Nếu mẹ có chỉ số BMI bình thường thì chỉ cần tăng từ 10-12kg còn nếu người bị thừa cân thì chỉ cần tăng 7-8kg.

Để tăng cân chuẩn thì mẹ cần có chế độ ăn uống hợp lý. Hiện nay, nhiều mẹ bầu cho rằng không nên ăn tinh bột vì tinh bột dễ làm mẹ béo. Tuy nhiên, bác sĩ Thạch giải thích bỏ hoàn toàn tinh bột cũng không tốt vì tinh bột là nguồn cung cấp năng lượng chính, mẹ kiêng tinh bột sẽ dễ mệt mỏi.

Cùng xuất hiện với bác sĩ Thạch là nữ diễn viên Ngọc Lan.

Mỗi người muốn biết mình cần ăn bao nhiêu tinh bột một ngày thì nên đi khám để được bác sĩ tư vấn cụ thể. Nếu sử dụng tinh bột và đồ ngọt nhiều, mẹ dễ bị lên cân quá mức, dẫn đến nguy cơ tiểu đường thai kỳ. Mẹ bị tiểu đường thai kỳ sẽ dẫn đến hai vấn đề, một là em bé có thể bị đột tử, thai lưu, mất tim thai đột ngột. Hai là em bé sẽ bị thừa cân, có nguy cơ bị hạ đường huyết và có thể dẫn tới tử vong ngay khi vừa ra đời.

Các mẹ bầu hào hứng lắng nghe từng lời khuyên của bác sĩ Thạch.

Để hạn chế nguy cơ tiểu đường thai kỳ, mẹ nên hạn chế tinh bột và đồ ngọt trong thai kỳ. Hai món mà nhiều mẹ bầu “nghiện” là sầu riêng và trà sữa nên được đưa vào danh sách hạn chế vì chúng chứa rất nhiều đường. Mẹ bầu cũng nên ăn nhiều rau, giúp tăng cân vào con mà không thừa đường cũng như nhuận tràng, tránh táo bón. 

Các mẹ bầu cũng không cần quá lo lắng chuyện cân nặng của bé. Cân nặng tiêu chuẩn của các bé Việt Nam là từ 2,9-3,2kg. Cân nặng em bé lớn không hẳn là tốt vì em bé to thì nhu cầu lớn, nếu ko đáp ứng đủ rất dễ bị hạ đường huyết. Em bé lớn cũng có nguy cơ rối loạn isulin và sau này lớn lên dễ bị đái tháo đường.

Khi mang thai, đặc biệt là mang thai lần đầu, các mẹ thường có xu hướng học hỏi kinh nghiệm từ những người đi trước. Lúc này, những lời truyền miệng rằng ăn món này sảy thai, ăn món kia con kém phát triển hay bị dị tật sẽ làm các mẹ hoang mang.

Từng thắc mắc của các mẹ bầu đều được bác sĩ Thạch giải đáp một cách dễ hiểu, cặn kẽ.

Giải thích cho vấn đề này, bác sĩ Thạch cho biết trong 3 thai đầu thai kỳ là giai đoạn phôi hình thành các cơ quan chính và rất dễ xảy ra sảy thai. Nhiều em bé bị sảy là do vấn đề nhiễm sắc thể, không hề liên quan đến thực phẩm. 

Những lời đồn về chuyện ăn cái này cái kia sảy thai là hoàn toàn chưa có cơ sở khoa học. và khoa học cũng không có ý định chứng minh chuyện này. Vậy nên việc mẹ bầu có ăn hay không là tùy vào sự lựa chọn của các bạn. Nếu có lo lắng, vừa ăn vừa lo nơm nớp thì tốt nhất là không nên ăn.

Trong phần cuối chương trình, bác sĩ Thạch đã dành thời gian để giai đáp thắc mắc của các mẹ bầu. Từng câu hỏi đều được bác sĩ giải thích cặn kẽ và tư vấn hướng giải quyết. Dưới đây là những câu hỏi được các mẹ quan tâm nhiều nhất.

Các mẹ bầu hào hứng tham gia đặt câu hỏi để được bác sĩ giải đáp.

Câu hỏi 1: Em đang mang thai 27 tuần và bị rối loạn dung nạp đường. Vậy nếu em ăn một lượng ít đường ví dụ 1/8 bánh trung thu thì có vấn đề gì không hay phải kiêng hoàn toàn. 

Trả lời: Rối loạn dung nạp đường rất dễ dẫn đến đái tháo đường thai kỳ nên ngay từ khi phát hiện bệnh bạn nên điều chỉnh chế độ ăn. Bạn ăn với một lượng ít nhưng bạn không thể biết trong đó có bao nhiêu Kcal, ăn vào sẽ tăng bao nhiêu đường nên tốt nhất là không nên ăn. 

Câu hỏi 2: Khi mang bầu có cần uống bổ sung sắt và canxi không? 

Trả lời: Khi mang bầu thì bác sĩ sẽ đo lượng dự trữ sắt trong cơ thể thai phụ và nếu bạn không thiếu sắt thì không cần bổ sung. Tuy nhiên, nếu trong thai kỳ mà bạn không ăn uống hợp lý thì rất dễ bị thiếu sắt nên bạn uống một ngày một viên sắt để đề phòng cũng được. Trong trường hợp mẹ bầu bị bệnh lý về tăng dự trữ sắt thì không nên bổ sung sắt. Vì vậy bạn nên đi khám ngay từ đầu thai kỳ để biết mình có bệnh gì không. Về canxi, ở nước nhiệt đới như Việt Nam rất ít người bị thiếu canxi. Vì vậy, nếu bạn ăn nhiều đồ ăn giàu canxi, lại uống thêm sữa và bổ sung canxi dạng viên thì rất dễ bị sỏi thận. Việc bạn có nên uống canxi hay không và với hàm lượng bao nhiêu sẽ phụ thuộc vào tình trạng cơ thể bạn. Vì vậy, bạn nên hỏi ý kiến bác sĩ, đừng tự ý mua canxi về uống.

Câu hỏi 3: Từ khi mang thai, em thường xuyên bị đau khớp hai ngón chân cái, không biết em có bị bệnh gút không để còn điều chỉnh chế độ ăn uống?

Trả lời: Đa số các thai phụ đều bị đau khớp, đặc biệt là khớp ngón tay, ngón chân. Những triệu chứng này sẽ hết khi bạn sinh xong. Nếu nghi ngờ bị hội chứng ổng cổ tay hay những vấn đề xương khớp khác thì bạn cũng nên đợi đến khi sinh xong hãy khám và điều trị. 

Câu hỏi 4: Em mang thai 30 tuần và đã tăng 8kg. Nhiều người nói em tăng như vậy là ít và khuyên em nên ăn yến để tốt cho em bé. Vậy lời khuyên như thế có đúng không ạ?

Trả lời: Cân nặng của bạn đang tăng chuẩn nên không cần lo lắng. Về vấn đề ăn yến thì chắc chắn sẽ bổ sung năng lượng, tốt cho bạn còn có tốt cho bé không thì chưa ai chứng minh. Nếu có điều kiện thì bạn có thể ăn nhưng đừng chưng cùng đường phèn hay mật ong vì sẽ làm tăng đường.
