Không chỉ biết đến là một loại rau được nhiều người ưa thích mà rau ngót còn có công dụng giảm cân cực tốt mà không phải ai cũng biết đâu nhé. Rau ngót có tính thanh mát , vị ngọt, giải độc, thanh lọc, lợi tiểu, lại ít chất béo, đồng thời chứa vitamin C dồi dào (hơn cả cam và ổi). Nên nếu bạn đang tìm một loại rau có công dụng giảm cân thì đừng bỏ qua rau ngót nhé!

Rau ngót có tính thanh mát , vị ngọt, giải độc, thanh lọc, lợi tiểu, lại ít chất béo, đồng thời chứa vitamin C dồi dào.

Sau đây là 2 cách sử dụng rau ngót giảm cân cho các nàng mũm mĩm.

1. Canh rau ngót thịt xay

Nguyên liệu cần chuẩn bị:

– 1 mớ rau ngót

– 200gr thịt nạc xay

– Và các loại gia vị

Nguyên liệu đơn giản và dễ kiếm.

Cách làm:

– Rau ngót sau khi mua về, bạn nhặt bỏ lá già, sâu, tuốt lấy phần lá xanh, đem rửa sạch, rồi vò vò cho rau mềm hơn.

– Hành khô mang bóc vỏ, rửa sạch, đập dập, rồi băm nhỏ.

Rau ngót mua về rửa thật sạch và vò cho mềm

– Cho nồi lên bếp, đun nóng rồi cho chút dầu ăn vào, chờ dầu sôi thì cho hành vào, phi thơm.

– Đến khi hành dậy mùi thì cho thịt vào, đảo đều rồi cho chút nước mắm, hạt nêm, bột canh rồi đảo đều.

– Đến khi thịt chín săn lại thì cho rau ngót vào đảo đều, đến khi rau ngót tái tái thì cho 1 tô nước vào, dập vung lại rồi đun sôi.

Một ngồi canh rau ngót thơm ngon sẽ là thực đơn giảm cân cực kì hiệu quả

– Đến khi sôi rồi, bạn mở vung cho mì chính và nêm nếm cho vừa miệng thì bắc nồi canh ra. Cuối cùng bạn múc canh ra rồi thưởng thức.

Cách sử dụng:

– Mỗi ngày ăn 1 bát canh rau ngót, đồng thời bạn hạn chế ăn tinh bột. Sau 1 tuần bạn sẽ thấy cân nặng giảm đi đáng kể.

2. Uống nước ép rau ngót

Nguyên liệu cần chuẩn bị:

– 2 mớ rau ngót tươi

– 1/2 cốc nước lọc

– 1 nhúm muối nhỏ

– Máy xay sinh tố, rây lọc, cốc và thìa

Uống nước ép rau ngót có tác dụng giảm cân, giữ dáng

Cách làm:

– Rau ngót sau khi mua về, bạn nhặt bỏ lá già, sâu, tuốt lấy phần lá xanh, đem rửa sạch, rồi vò vò cho rau mềm hơn.

– Cho rau ngót vào máy xay sinh tố, cùng nửa cốc nước lọc và nhúm muối nhỏ. Bật máy xay nhuyễn khoảng 30 giây đến khi rau được xay nhuyễn thì dừng lại.

Cho rau ngót vào máy xay sinh tố, cùng nửa cốc nước lọc và nhúm muối nhỏ.

– Dùng rây lọc, lọc bỏ phần bã, thu lấy phần nước ép, cho vào cốc sử dụng.

Cách sử dụng:

– Mỗi ngày bạn uống 3 cốc nước ép rau ngót trước mỗi bữa ăn. Mỗi lần bạn uống khoảng 200ml.

– Cứ áp dụng cách này kiên tục trong vòng 1 tuần bạn sẽ thấy cân nặng giảm đi đáng kể đấy.
